Who we are

We at Vaspasiano Constuction Inc., work as a team to bring fine craft building from a thought to a reality with efficiency and ingenuity. I started Vaspasiano Construction in 2015, but my journey as a builder began long before that.

I began my apprenticeship working at Jim Morrison Construction were we built custom homes ranging from 3000 to 6000 square feet in the North Lake Tahoe area including Martis Camp and Lahontan. I worked with them for 6 years and it was a phenomenal learning experience that left me with all the tools and skills I needed to build fine homes including excavation, foundation, framing, finish work and project management.

I then moved to Sonoma County where I got my General Contractors License in 2011. Eventually I bought my own home on 13 acres where I re-designed and remodeled a tear down into a beautiful, well built, fine home that I still live in with my family today.

Since that time I have worked on many projects from ground up builds, to remodels, to additions, custom decks and outdoor kitchens. I have worked with various planning departments and have developed great relationships with local subcontractors.

I have formed a team of workers that is in alignment with my ethics as a builder, to build solidly and efficiently while having good, clear communication amongst the crew and with the clients.

What I love most about building is turning an idea into a 3D reality and the problem solving that goes along with transforming something old and failing into something new, beautiful and useful again.
